The return window is 30 calendar days from the purchase date and you'll have to pay for return shipping. Once we receive your part and it's in satisfactory condition, we'll refund the original purchase cost.

This means that all of our products are produced in house in the USA with materials sourced from businesses in the USA that produce their materials with premium resins and other raw materials sourced in the USA.
Where are all your product reviews?
We launched our new site on Oct 19th 2023 and are working on migrating reviews from Etsy. We started on Etsy and have grown and are building a brand, we have 575 sales and counting and over 175 5-star reviews and counting. By launching our new site we will be able to provide customers with a much more comprehensive and better shopping experience. Plus we have a lot of products in development and expanding to an advanced website will allow us to showcase and communicate them much better.

How are your products made?
Injection molding, vacuum forming, CNC machining, and Additive Manufacturing are all methods of manufacturing. None of these methods are the best at manufacturing everything and they all have strengths and weaknesses and thrive when their technology aligns with the products they produce. Our products are produced using the Additive Manufacturing method, more commonly called 3D-printing. Sheltech 3D was started as a product line for our sister company Fast Source, which is an addtive manufacturing supplier for the Defense Industry. Because of this all of Sheltech 3D's products are produced on much of the same cutting edge additive manufacturing equipment and in the same premium materials that our sister defense company utilizes. We also utilize the same product life cycle principles and test to the same MIL-SPEC ratings. This provides customers with very high quality products that will last.
